Dubai Creek Harbour is declared to be one of the most ambitious master communities, developed by the world-renowned Emaar developer. Born and brought up by the same developer, who is said to be the vision behind Dubai. Famous for projects like Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Fountain.

This neighbourhood spans about 7.4 million square metres of residential space, complemented by retail, commercial districts, parks, hotels, and world-class leisure attractions.

Being tucked alongside the beautiful Dubai Creek, residents here relish the breathtaking views of the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary. Indeed, the community is a perfect blend of nature and modern city living.

The community is anticipating three iconic constructions in the coming year that will change the way people see Dubai Creek Harbour today. The famous Dubai Creek Tower, which is said to be the female version of Burj Khalifa, will soon become the face of the neighbourhood. Dubai Square Mall, expected to become one of the UAE's most ambitious retail destinations, will act as a centrepiece of the AED 180 billion Dubai Creek Harbour master plan.

Connectivity is also getting a massive upgrade with the Blue Line Scheduled to become operational in November 2029.

Location and Connectivity

Creek Harbour sits next to Ras Al Khor and Dubai Festival City, with road links to Al Khail Road, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and onward routes to Downtown Dubai, Business Bay and Dubai International Airport. Downtown and The Dubai Mall are roughly 15 to 20 minutes away by car in normal traffic. There is no Metro station inside the community yet, and a future Metro link is planned, so most residents drive or use taxis, ride-hailing and buses.
